Welcome to SafariSpark Adventures. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

1. Booking & Payments

To secure a booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The balance is due 60 days prior to the safari start date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. It must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and cancellation/curtailment. We recommend purchasing insurance immediately upon booking.

4. Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for travel and have received necessary vaccinations. We reserve the right to decline any person as a member of the tour at any time if their presence is detrimental to the enjoyment or safety of the group.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary or accommodation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always endeavor to provide a comparable alternative.
