5-Day Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Naivasha Safari (Group Budget Tour)

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

Begin your adventure with a morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or airport. You’ll be transferred to our office for a short briefing, where you’ll meet your safari guide and fellow travelers.

By 8:30 AM, depart Nairobi for Masai Mara. Stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a stunning panoramic view, then continue down the escarpment to Narok town for an early lunch.

Arrive at Enchoro Wildlife Camp around 3:00 PM. After check-in, enjoy your first evening game drive in the legendary Masai Mara until sunset.
Dinner and overnight at Enchoro Wildlife Camp.

Day 2: Masai Mara – Full Day Game Drive

After breakfast, depart the camp with packed lunch boxes for a full-day game drive, covering the vast savannahs of Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and more.

Visit the iconic Mara River—if your safari coincides with the migration season, witness the dramatic wildebeest river crossings. Otherwise, enjoy sightings of crocodiles and hippos.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, then continue exploring until 5:00 PM.

After the game drive, enjoy an optional Maasai village visit or guided nature walk with Maasai warriors.
Dinner and overnight at Enchoro Wildlife Camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, check out and depart for Lake Nakuru. Enjoy a scenic drive with lunch en route and views of Mount Longonot.

There’s an optional stop at Lake Naivasha for a boat ride (at extra cost).

Arrive in Nakuru town by evening and check in to Citymax Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its rhino sanctuary and seasonal flamingo flocks. Spot white and black rhinos, buffaloes, impalas, and possibly a leopard if lucky.

By midday, leave Nakuru and drive to Lake Naivasha with lunch en route. Upon arrival, check in to Taphe Guest Resort. Spend the evening at leisure or opt for a visit to the nearby floral farms.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha (Hell’s Gate) – Nairobi

After breakfast, drive to Hell’s Gate National Park, one of Kenya’s most unique parks. Choose between a safari drive or rent a bicycle and ride 11 km through dramatic gorges and volcanic formations.

At the gorge, enjoy a guided trek to learn about its geological history and stunning layered rock formations.

Return to the park gate by vehicle or bike, then have lunch en route as you return to Nairobi.
Drop-off at your hotel or transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
